Did rocker cover gaskets, hope I did good!
Well I did my rocker cover gaskets today. The front was leaking pretty good last season. Well I found out why when I took the front cover off, one of the bolt had backed itself almost all the way out. Then the torque wrench I used was junk. First I broke off a bolt in the jug and had to figure out a way to get it out. I used a dremel and put a slot in it and was able to get it out with a flat head screw driver, thank god. So then I got the wrench to work and managed to torque the 4 main bolts down however the other ones would not snap with the wrench and I did not want to risk snapping another bolt off so hopefully they are torqued right otherwise I will be doing them again. I will say they were easy to do though. But make sure you have a service manual.
