I changed from Screamin Eagle oil to Mobil 1 75/90 gear oil. It made the clutch a lot easier to pull. But if your looking for a device, I would check ebay. I have seen ez-pull clutch devices on ebay
For your information and education.....
My request is to help out my neighbor lady who has now developed a mild form of arthritis in her wrists.
She has been riding for over 50 years---more than you I am sure---she rides a side car rig---she is not knowledgeable on available mechanical accessories.
If you don't have any viable suggestions accordingly, please don't reply.

I swear some of the guys here are nothing but a bunch of dickholes. Don't let their replies bother you. You will get the good and the bad on any forum.
That said, I severely damaged my left arm/wrist in a bad car accident that I should not have survived, and found the clutch on my Sportster to be harder to pull than any other bike I have ridden, and it got to the point where I could no longer pull the lever without causing severe pain in my wrist (carpal tunnel). Not wanting to give up, I adjusted the clutch (needed to be done anyways) and lubricated the cable with spray silicone. That made a huge difference. Only problem is it tends to wear off quickly, and I have to re-apply once every couple of weeks. I plan to try one of those EZpull type device that others have mentioned. If anyone has used one, I would appreciate any input before I buy one. Like this one: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Sport...item25629362c1
And this is what broke my arm/wrist/hand, and many other bones. I was somewhere in there. But you guys can feel free to call me a ***** because I sometimes have trouble with the lever, if it helps you sleep at night.
you need tough skin to be on a forum, youll learn that.
Get a centrifugal clutch, then she wont have to use any strength, only than holding onto the grip. lighten up ppl.
oh and a fyi. I compound fractured my radius and ulna (wrist bones) in 2000, and have a metal plate and 7 screws. So i know what wrist pain is.
My 'skin' is plenty thick, thats for sure, but people tend to visit these forums to learn, research, and share their love for H-D motorcycles. When someone makes a thread requesting information on how to modify their bike (any modification is encouraged, right? Especially one that helps the end user ride more comfortably?) I believe we kind of owe it to ourselves to help them out. Keeping in mind that I am sure you were just being facetious, it is very hard to tell sarcasm or humor through text on the internet, and sometimes people can interpet it as poking fun or just plain being rude, while the intention may not be there.
Unfortuately I completely open fractured (compound) both my radius and ulna, as well as my humerous, and both femurs, among a mile of other comminuted fractured bones, head injury, etc.
