Just post your updates as new posts though, instead of editing your originals. It's easier for everyone to see and makes more sense in a timeline.

Well the reason I put the images back in the first two post is because in case this thread reaches a like 10 -15 pages, people dont have to go page by page and see the change, that way they just go to the first page and see all the changes there, but from now on, I'll just post them both ways

I'm using truck bed liner. Its super sticky and it feels like it can take a beating. (Rocks and stuff)

i used it on one of my xs650 builds, on the side cover it bubbled under high heat not sure i would have went that rout for air cooled engine paint

Hey oddsnap.... in case you decide to trim your cam cover.. I posted an online tutorial .. here:

BTW.. I got lucky .. I removed and replaced the cam cover without loosening the rockers :-)
