The hardware should be included.

As they are slip ons the stock clamps should work well.

My hubby put those slip on's on my bike and he just reused the old clamps, no other hardware involved.
Make sure that you use the old gaskets as well. Hubby didn't know that you were suppose to reuse these when he changed mine and it popped a lot until HD found the problem and put on gaskets. (now HD service dept. says I also need to have the bike recalibrated and a new airfilter) to make it run better, they say its running too "lean". I was told by the sales order clerk this wasn't going to be required with slip ons. (kinda makes me mad, now it's gonna cost another 600.00 to have this done.)

ALL stock Harley's run lean. It's the way the MOCO meets the Federal emmissions requirements. Adding a freer-flowing exhaust (like Cycle Shack slip-ons) does NOT require opening the intake to relieve the stock lean-running condition, but doing so would be beneficial in giving you more power. Adding the Cycle Shack slip-ons (or any slip-ons) will give you better sound without any other mods being necessary. However, if you open the intake for better air flow, then you MUST change the stock exhaust or risk causing the engine to run too lean and hot.

To sum up: you can open the exhaust without opening the air flow; but you cannot open the air flow without opening the exhaust.

Pipes (slip-on's) pretty much fit w/stock mounting HW...other than new pipe/header clamps. Now...these clamps are "crush" type so reusing can work, but for best seal & less headache - get new & seal the joint w/high-temp silicone (liquid copper/get at auto part store). Any leaks will cause decel popping (annoying), but if you only change pipes - no re-tune needed. Your bike's a carb to can adjust air/fuel ratio a bit w/the jets...good luck & enjoy the new pipes.
