Weekend recap
Since today was Mothers Day (I was on kiddo duty so my wife could rest) I didn't get to ride as much as I would have liked (it was 90+ all weekend here), but I did get to work on the bike a bit. Rode up to one of the local HD dealerships and picked up a few things. Swapped out the front turn signal lenses with smoked ones and replaced the old worn out grips with a set of nostalgic ones. I also had to repair my right brake/turn light. The damn thing fell off on the ride back from the dealer. I managed to get it back together, but it's still loose so I'll have to work on it some more.
These are the first mods I've done to the Nightster and I'm hooked on working on it myself. I've got a laundry list of changes planned and it's going to be fun making them happen.
