Default Drag Bars

I just bought a 2011 Iron 883 and I am new to this forum. I am looking to install a set of drag bars on my bike but I dont want to have to change out all of my cables. Does anyone know which, if any drag bars will accept the stock cables. Thanks.

Just do a search for drag bars there are tons of threads on them. But pretty much any that are dimpled and I wouldn't go too short with them. I'd say no shorter than 28" or your gonna be replacing cables. Mine are 32" and fit perfectly, just had to run the clutch cable behind the headlight and zip tie it to the frame because it was getting pinched in between the forks and the frame when I turned left.

+1 on that, I have 26" no pull and it was very difficult to put on.

On the nightster by switching to drag bars you just end up with more length so its not much of a problem.I second the rerouting of the clutch cable i did that even before i switched bars.
if you still have the eyebrow headlight mounting you'll see a slot in the rear with a cover plate... pop this out and make it wider I cut it out all the way to the back,You have to remove the eyebrow to do this.Take the mirror off first,Then dissemble the clutch lever housing easier than the acc/front brake side no little buttons to worry about run the cable through the forks and reassemble. On your brake lines you can loosen the nut just past the lever control and move the brake line elbow but do it quick loosen move and pinch tight, give me a shout if I can offer any more help.

I have 24 inch drags...no problem at all to install, no need to cut or replace any wires or cables...everything works fine.

If you want to stick to HD parts, they now have satin black drag bars (P/N 55800035) for sportsters. A little pricey in comparison to getting it elsewhere though. It's the same length as the stock iron bars (32") and it will accomodate the stock cables no problem.
