I was cleaning my spokes on the front wheel and the balancer fell off. I have no clue which spoke it was on, so I just stuck it back on one in random.
Is this a hugh deal or make it unsafe to ride on?

Yes I'm a newbie here so please forgive my ignorance.
Do they make a wider front tire for a bike like mine and what mods are involved.
Being a new rider, my skinny front tire worries me in wet weather, in the curvy hills I live in. I just worry about enough traction on wet roads.
