I've always been drawn to the 'Hank' bike. It sort of has a "duality of vanity" thing going for it. It's exceptional. It's in its simplest form while begging for people to despise it. The quintessential sleeper; rugged and ridden but plenty within. Appears to be neglected but only to the eye. Every time I see 'Hank' I like it better. It's not for everybody...like fine art is(n't).
It's a great attachment for this tread; simple, cheap mods with guts...just take a bat to yours and make it yours- I'm not the only one that will wave at ya.
Trippin88, thats the fender that came on it from Harley. It is a 21 but i dont know if that was a dealer special order or not but thats the one thats always been there since it came of the showroom floor. came with the color matched oil tank, battery box, belt guard, and breather cover too.
So I finally made it back from japan. Started working on the bike and Im in love all over again. Relocated the front turn signals, and put smoked lenses on. I also put the RK shocks on them and wow its like a new bike best 75 bucks I think Iv ever spent. I have to really lean to drag that jiffy stand.
Im looking into changing the license plate mount now.
I need to change the stock seat to that thing sucks. I feel like Im sliding foward on it. Im sure being 6'1" doesnt help at all.
Anyways happy riding and happy 4th of July. Its a shame there is a burn ban going on all over Texas. No fire works out here.
