Yes, that kit will relocate the coil and ignition as shown in the picture at the link, and it includes SE Plug wires that fit the relocated position of the coil.

With a tank lift it is easier to do a wire tuck, but it is not necessary. It will take a bit more time, but there is room for a wire tuck without a tank lift.
Here's a link with some info on doing a wire tuck...even though the write-up and video in the link are guys that had a tank lift...the procedure is the same, just a bit less room to work with.
Yep I recon every1 on earth has used DK I did took 30mins the only thing you will need is black tape to mask your wires underneath - thats what i used I just went up 2' it was enough for me, but some I've seen have gone up by 3', spose it depends how high you like it
im interested in seeing pics of a forty eight with this mod. idk.. having that space there is very "chopper" looking.. but not sure i think that looks better yet or not. :/ Of course having the choice of orange plug wires to match the tank may help. idk.
Gary, i'd like to see pics of your 48 and the mods when you get some time.

Screamin Eagle only makes them in Black and Red. No Orange
I think there are pics on DK's site with all the stuff mounted on a 48.

My 48 with coil/ignition relocation and wire tuck with NO tank lift. Ignore the coiled up wiring. That's excess from my air ride switch that I need to shorten and trim.
