Just bought a 2011 Sportster Forty-Eight. I added the Vance&Hines short shots with the Screamin' Eagle heavy breather filter.
Does anyone have this setup and a map for the Power Commander V that they would like to share?
I used the map from the website but I'm getting tons of popping when I let off the throttle.... so annoying!
PM me your email and I can send you what I have in my nightster. I had a heck of a time with that same set up and finally just put auto tune on it and refined the map from fuel moto.
With any type of drag pipe like the short shots your not going to get rid of the popping unless you get a dyno tyne and even then its still going to be there from the shortness of the pipes.
Sent you an Email with my map. I have to agree with Blavin's comments and in the end I wish I would have just had a competent shop do a full dyno tune and build a custom map for the bike. One thing that I have found is that when I originally added the Auto Tune I was living in the High Desert of Southern California and have since moved to central Texas, and there were some changes in the MAP between the 2 locations so your results may vary. Double check that you have no exhaust leaks and give it a try. Let me know how it works out.

I have the exact same setup with the same problem. I'm looking to see if someone has found a PCV map setup that works better than their closest pre map setup which is for High Flow intake, not a heavy breather intake.
I don't mind the popping that much really but It makes me nervous thinking it might hurt the bike although I have heard it both might and might not, lol.
