paint bubbles, chips and rust!

i have a 2008 nightster that the paint is bubbling up, peeling off and rusting bad! the rear and front fender, and side cases mainly. i took it to hd dealer to have them look at it they took pics and said they would send them in for review and get my tins replaced, my warranty is now up and heard no response! has anyone had this problem if so did harley do anything about it?

On my 08, the very tip of my rear fender is starting to bubble up and paint is peeling off, but I am past warranty too.

It was under warranty when they looked at it and supposedly sent pictures to Harley davidson it has now been 9 months and I heard nothing about it! Mine started on the tip of the fender and when I took the seat off it was worse around the ECM it's bullshit!

Mine was out of warranty also when it started happening it's just like yours rear fender front fender and side cases. That's why I removed front fender and re done rear fender.
