Default Electronic problems '08 1200 custom

I Have a 2008 1200 custom. So far all the work I've done to it up to this point is, I lifted the tank, so I had to move some wires underneath. I've had the handle bars off along with the controls. I had the TSSM and ECM off for a little bit, as well as the horn, tail light and rear turn signals. I am trying to wire in a new tail light w a license plate side mount from no school choppers. I've also relocated the ignition and ignition coils. But here are my issues. The horn does not work, nor does the turn signals. On '08 1200 customs only the forward turn signals act as running light. The running lights work but neither the fwd or aft turn signals work. The brake light running light works but the brake light does not get brighter when the controls are pressed (that nay be wired wrong). When I jump in the module i bought to make the rear turn signals brake lights/ running lights the running lights stay on but again still no turn signal or brake light. The bike runs fine so I don't think its the TSSM. Now here's the kicker, when I shut the bike off and turn the ignition off all 4 flashes flash to indicate the alarm is set. I've inspected the wires under the tank and on the controls where they may have been pinched. No damage was found. The wires for the rear brake switch behind the rear brake reservoir is hooked up. Looking at the wire diagram I noticed that the horn in tied in with the left turn signal switch With the horn also not working it makes me wonder if the discrepancies are tied together. All 4 turn signals are getting power. Like I said the front ones stay on as running lights, the rear ones will too if the module is hooked up and with or with out the module all 4 turn signals flash when the ignition is shut off. I don't know where else to look or what to do. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Never mind. Figured it out. I should have read the wire diagram more. Blown accessory fuse. And as for the brake light dimming when the button is pressed... thats what it's suppose to do when the lever is off the bike and your pressing it with your finger. When the lever is installed and the brake is off the button stays pressed in. Pulling the lever in, the button pops out and brake light comes on. Works as advertised. Now I just need the brake lever switch button that broke off.
