Ive made a small amount of progress today. Mostly just dicking around until the rest of my parts come in.

I went ahead and added my oil line extensions here

I removed the rear master cylinder. Theres a new tab on the hardtail piece that it will mount to and this piece in the pic needs to be cut off because it's in the way.

Right before I go to clean off the paint I'll remove the rest and smooth this down.

I wanted to add some more pics. We've made a **** load of progress this week and the bike is a roller again. My saturday deadline prolly wont happen. I'm still waiting on a couple more parts. It will prolly be up and running again by wednesday. Here are some more pics.

I chopped the top tube down more like I said here.

Here are a few of the frame just clamped on. Also, we slid our new axle in as far forward as it would go and measured from the center of it on both sides to the center of the swing arm pivot bolt on both sides, we also measured from axle to passenger peg bolts and a couple other places just to get the frame centered. We used a level on different parts of the front of the bike and then on different parts of the hardtail to get it all the way level.

Heres the new oil tank all nice and shot red.

Heres a shot of where the top goes in

Bottom here

My brother Philly doing a little welding here. He did the right side I did the left hahaha.

Here are several of where it sits now. Im going chain conversion so that will be put on, the rear master cylinder has to be relocated. the battery tray will get bolted on, the seat bolted down all the way, the rear brake bolted back on, new forward controls bolted on, and a couple odd and ends. We've done all this work in house this week and I think we've come a long way. I'll add pics of everything else as I do it. Also, the frame is a 4 inch stretch over the stock and it sits the bike about an inch lower over stock.

Oh, I noticed going back through these pics here; the top shot of the frame you will see that the right side of the frame is bent out a little bit compared to the left. This is just simply for the drive train.
