Wow, amazing looking bike. I'm jealous of your abilities; that's exactly what I want to do with mine.

Im still waiting on my chain drive but I made a little progress today. Here's some pics.

Here's the rear master cylinder. For this frame, you have to remove it from the stock bracket and mount it directly to the new frame but, it now mounds to the side of the bike and will be directly linked to the brake arm.

I had to reroute all the brake lines where the master cylinder was moved and also had to reroute the reservoir for brake fluid.

Battery tray mounted

I got most of the electricals hidden with the exception of the lines that run out to the rear end. (turn signals, brake line.)

The ecm is in the battery tray with the battery

Thanks all! We got even more **** done today and the bike is just about finished. We still need to remove the front sprocket and put the new one on for the chain drive. We need to hook the brake line back to the rear brake, cut new spacers for the rear wheel because the axle is a 3/4 down from 25mm and the new frame is .5 inches wider than the stock swingarm, bolt on the forward controls, put fluid in it and then admire the work. Here's some more pics.

Here's the chain drive kit.

Here I relocated the turn signals

bolted the license plate bracket up.

put the rear sprocket on

Here's the spacer we got that fits 3/4 so we can cut it ourselves

the rear partially bolted up

it might be hard to tell but this bracket comes pre-welded to the frame and it guides your rear brake as the axle moves when you adjust the rear wheel problem is, the rear brake mount has to be modifed so we trimmed the bottom flange down about a quarter inch

Here's a few of how it sits right now. Everything will be finished monday afternoon.

Garage dog

Ill add the final pics of the bike once everything is finished.

made a small amount of progress today. the front sprocket bolt is a bitch. the chain is a little too long so i have to take a few links out. i'm hoping tonight i can get that done and get the new spacers cut for the rear wheel. after that, i just need to bolt on the forward controls and it will be done.
