I feel stupid that I cant figure out how to resize my picture.I read the directions but cant seem to make it smaller.The picture I have on there now looks terrible need help posting a new one.Thanks in advance.(not a computer person!)

Open picture in Paint, Click on IMAGE at the top, go to STRETCH/SKEW, and for the horizontal and vertical, change from 100 percent to a lower number for both, then see how small it made it. If still too big, repeat process... THat works for me
