The parts are all over the place...rather than searching for "bobbers" ...search for threads on specific parts (solo seat, fender, etc). You will find more threads about each part than you'll want to read and that's where people will have specific vendors with websites on where to get the parts.

46and2 is right though...

The first "part" you need is a big *** cardboard box to hold all the stuff you take off.

I plan on turning my nightster into the "deus special" when I can. The first time I saw that bike I knew I want a to turn mine into a cafe racer. Love that style!

To make a true "bobber" one would have to paint the top half white, and the bottom half red. Then you just weld an eye hook on the bottom of the frame.
