16" rally wheel to the 21" wire
I can't find any information in this. I've been looking at a 2000 sporty with rally wheels on it and I'd like to put a wire rim on the front when I get it but I've searched for information on what I need to do and I cant find it. I figure the fender wont fit and the rim might be skinnier but this is jsut me assuming. Has anyone done this before?
Can you post a pic? The only front wheel options for that bike are 19's and 21's. If it's been customized to accept a 16" front wheel the job will be different than if it's just the stock 19" mag.
If it IS the stock 19" mag all you need to do is swap wheels & wheel spacers. The fender will fit.
If it is, in fact, a 16" front wheel the job depends on what non-stock front end it has on it.

That's a 19 up front. Simple swap. You'll need a wheel and spacers. The fender will work. The current tire obviously will not. If you buy just the wheel you'll also need a rim strip & a tube but that's common sense with spoked wheels.
