Default progressive shocks

Has anyone tried progressive rear shocks on their sportster or any other suspension upgrade. If so how much does it improve the ride. Thanks

I out progressives on both front and rear in order to lower my 1200 as much as possible. I think my bike rides great with them. I have a 2000 and it simply does not vibrate the way everyone says pre rubber mounted sportys do.

I put on the 1200S shocks. The have rebound and damper adjustment. Awesome shocks, no more bottoming out, unless there are some serious bumps. Try to look for them on ebay.

The progressives are real good shocks, as soon as i go thru these 1200's I may try some 418's or maybe 440's? kinda pricey but i like the adjustments. The 412's are the cheaper alternative, and by all accounts are a major improvement over the stock ones.
