It was a TV show back in the 60's with Michael Parks centering around a guy that had a Sportster driving around the states. I was addicted to the show. I built a model of his bike when I was a kid.
I remember it very well.In fact, a few months back, I watched the movie version. Sometimes during that show, his Sportster would change to a two stroke dirt bike-like in an episode where he did some hill climbing-but that darn two stroke would sound just like his Sporty...

The line that had the biggest impact on my youth was the line by John Derrick in the movie: Knock on Any Door. "Live fast, die young and have a pretty corpse." Pretty silly when I look back on it.
Man I loved that show when I was a kid! I just found a guy on sell.com that's selling DVDs of all 26 episodes for $22.45. I just got it in the mail a couple of days ago. So far I've watched the pilot movie and the first two episodes. I love it!
