The stator is rated at 38 to 50 amps (depending on RPM). That means it is rated at 500 to 600 watts total.
OEM Stators are not rated that high, or even close. Those numbers look like 3 phase stator numbers. But the amps for a 3 phase Sportster Stator run from 17 amps at idle to 38 amps at 2500 rpms......
OEM Stators Max out somewhere around 22 amps....... 12 amps at idle and 20 amps at 2500 rpms.

I guess I was looking at aftermarket ones, but it all depends on the year of the bike, from what I can tell, the newer model years are rated higher than the older ones.
Yep, what cHarley said. I've been using the heated jacket liner and gloves for 3 winters. They work great. You can't add the heated pants though, that creates a electrical demand than the stator can produce.
If you find the jacket at the Harley dealer, it will have a large booklet that goes into great detail of what you can run one the bike, of each model and year.
