okay moot point. the '03 is gone and the '98 is gone. the '98 would not have worked because all the electric connections are in the risers, so no low bars there. Sign from the gods, these are not the droids you are looking for, you don't need to see my papers, move along move along.

Ran across this tonight. It is DK Motorrad out of Switzerland. Christian de Kant from DK Motorrad has been building bikes since he was 17, which might sound like a long time until you find out he is now only 22 years young. Christian was inspired by the many 'bolt on' parts that can be found on Japanese bikes and thought: "why not do the same for sportsters?" These parts are for 2004 and up Sportsters.
