Hand built exaust
Anyone do this and where does one buy some prebent tubes and O2 bungs. I have access to a bender, but only have 1.5 and 1.75" dies (have not checked on the tubing OD on the bike yet to see if these will work)
Never made headers before, but I can weld, grind and act like I know what I am doing
Winters are long here and my time in the garage is free, so why not try to save a few $$.
Bike in question, 08 Nightster and will be building some simple short and likely loud as F pipes

I can't find the link right now, but someone here posted this kit for a few hundred, it comes with tons of pipe in various bends and bungs for the O2 as well IIRC.

Thanks I will search. I found some ubends for ~$10/ea depending on the size I need.

Yup, that's the one, looks like it does not come with bungs for the O2, but you can get those from any exhaust shop.
