C'mon man, you only went to a 180? Why not at least a 200mm? Sad face.

I thought you had a foot clutch set up on pics I saw before what happened with that? Also do you have a few close up pics of what you did with all the wiring when you converted to the hard tail?

I did have a foot clutch. I rode it for a while but was having issues with it slipping in first gear. Something I'm going to revisit later on as I'm pretty sure I know what the problem was. I shoehorned all the wiring around the right of the frame and then down in front of the oil tank. I'll take some pice.

My hardtail kit is made to hold up to a 200, that is one option. You can also buy swingarm kits that will hold a 200. Many people also switch to a chain drive because it clears the tire better though some people have stuck with the belt. Led Sled sells a chain drive conversion. There is a guy on youtube "Mithigarcha1" who shoehorned a 200 rear into his stock swingarm. He said he had to shave down the top fender mounts and build a custom chain drive though to get it all to fit. Most people who do it just buy a new swingarm that will hold a 200.

Mithigarcha's video of his bike on youtube is called Nightster Fat Bobber
