Handlebar wiring dimples

Ok I have a question about all these Sportys I see with the flipped handlebars. I go look at mine and I see dimples where the wires go into the switch boxes. Is it possible to run bars with no dimples? I see these flipped over stock bars and wonder how you did it.

you gotta drill them and run the wires internally....i think, Unless you can run the wires the the top where the indents are, but then that might look weird.

Yep, internally wired, or you have to notch out the controls now to allow room for the wiring that the dimple allowed for.
