alright enough about winkleman's girl's winker. got my fender today and my REAR wheel. i capitalize REAR not because we were talking about winkleman's girl's butthole (lol), but because the shop couldn't get the front tire to seat properly and popped the last tube they had, fvckers! how does a bike shop run out of fvcking tubes? are you serious? anyway, hemmed up the back. once we get the bike off the lift and the suspension squats the rear fender will be much closer to the rear wheel so keep that in mind. these tires are sticky icky man, like some grand daddy purple i had last week. should grip like a m&f'er in the corners!
How does the fender mount, just to that stock frame tab? Looks awesome. I just bought a fender today.... $33. Not sure how to mount it though besides that stock tab on the frame. I still need to chop it and mock it up. Where did you say you got your seat from again, bmx?
yup right to the fender tab and that's it! one freakin bolt! got the seat from some douchebag on egay that hasn't shipped it yet and has my money and he's not responding to emails. i'll get em though! post a pic of that fendy...
edit** pretty much exactly how i told him i wanted it. this was the fender i told him to use as reference.
Also, that stock fender tab can bend easily, believe it or not. I just pounded mine down with a hammer about a half inch if you wanted your fender a little lower.
