Thanks dude. Once I start messing with the front end, blinkers and controls and what not I'm gonna mock up the headlight you gave me and see how she looks.
Mounted the triple tree mount for my mirror. This thing is dope. Gonna chop it to where you see the mirror sittin and paint it.
Dude that mirror-stem bolt is ballin' .. I like my little Licks round mirror, but I think it might be a little more functional if it was lower like that. I have a hard job seeing anything other than my arm pit.
Are you running a Joker indicator clamp? I've got one on the way, but have a feeling it might be a little bulky for my taste. I'm debating just hacking the speedo ring off my stock clamp and using it instead. The 48's dummy lights are recessed low into the clamp.
Here's Rog48's hacked clamp:
Do you have any pictures from the front of your bike?
Have you thought about mounting the tank further back?
That seems to be the Crazyorange style.
Wish it were that easy. I'd have to hack off the stock front Mount tabs and weld on a new tab for the top tube and even the. Don't know if that would work. The CO tanks are shorter and taller making it easy to mount to the top tube. Too much work a d to be honest ill wait for Rene to do it right the first time. I like this little peanut tank and I think it's gonna look really good when its done and flamed. Won't be as tall or as skinny but it will still flow nice with the bike like it does now.

I think they're like 22" right now and I'd like to chop another inch or so off ea side.

Lovin the mirror mount. Thx. That's an automater clamp. Been on since 08 and no issues. Don't like that joker clamp looks cluttered. Then again I was able to secure
A fishboy clamp back in the day that integrates the dummy lights. Slickest little clamp ever. Search the forums for fish boy clamp to see what I'm talkin about.
Anybody know what gauge the front blinker wires are? Need to extend them down to the bottom of the frame. I know there are three wires but does anyone know what gauge?
