My wife got some purple jewelry cleaner stuff at a car or home show I forget...
They cleaned my glasses with it, and it works great.

She ran out, and we can't figure out how to get more... not very good business plan eh?

Pledge works well, but I need to reapply every other day. That's fine for me because the shield is usually filthy by then.

See, it's a conspiracy against us bald guys!

Wow. That's incredible. I've had Shoei and Nolan full face helmets and never had a problem. I guess I'm luckier than I knew.

I have the same problem wearing a half helmet, with a face mask. It's not a problem when I'm moving, just when I stop. I usually just pull the goggles away from my face, while I'm at the traffic light. Not a good solution, but it's the only one I know of.

I work in optical industry, (12 years).... you want to be carefull what products you put on your lenses.... anti-reflection coating is very delicate, also the scratch coating is usually what goes, when exposed to foriegn chemicals.... your best bet is to try to "vent" or like me, wear contacts when you ride.... stay away from paper products (toliet paper, paper towels) ... and your glasses will last alot longer....

p.s. Sportypig.... I wear a half helmet, drop the face mask, below your nose at the lights.... pull it back up, over your nose, when ya start rolling.... also, I seen the half neopreme (sp) mask at the Harley shop, maybe those will do.... thinkin' about gettin' me one, have a fleece one now... don't need you boys faintin' at the lights holding you r breath.... yeah, I'm a girl...

I dont wear a helmet but have a cloth face mask and I have fogging problems .I just pull the face mask off my nose at stoplights then pull it back up as soon as I take off .I know this doesnt help much with a fullface .

Try using dish detergent. Put a small drop on the inside, rub it in with a soft cloth. Then blow moist air (breath) on the shield or lens, this is to make things clear. This treatment last 1 to 2 days.
