I installed a V&H Big Radius on my XL yesterday and I have this gap between the flange and motor. Is this normal and if it's wrong, how can I fix it?
This doesn't look right to me.
looks fine to me...there shold be a small gap between the flange and the head....as long as the end of the pipe is tight
against the gasket you should be good....after you drive it a few times go back and check the torque on the
flange bolts(studs)...they can sometimes get a little loose after a few heat cycles
