Default 412s for 2 up

How do these do? The girlfriend expressed that she wants to ride with me today, but the road king air shocks sit too high for my taste and I don't trust 2 up riding with lowering blocks.

Was thinking about 11.5 or 12".

I honestly think I'm going to rent a softail rather then set up my bike. If she doesn't like riding then it's just more money down the toilet. Plus this is an excuse for me to try a bigger bike out

Yeah Heritage classic or fatboy for me. I figure why give her the harsh ride on a sportster when I can give her something much more comfy. You know to see if she likes it and by her I mean me too.

Yeah I just don't wanna spend $250 for new shocks, $100+ for a sissy bar, $100 for the mount for it. $50 for a pad. I mean that's $500 and if she doesn't like it when am I gonna use that stuff again once or twice. I mean I want a sissy bar and stuff anyway but not right now.
