Hey does or did anyone on here feel like the techs at jp cycles were their new best friend when they first got their harley? I find myself chatting with these guys at least 3 times a week either with tech questions about parts or figuring out they sent the wrong parts

My brother just had a bad experience with them, ordered new brake line for his 48 with all the fittings and paid for rush shipping it shows up with just the brake line and no fittings. Now its 2 days later still can't ride ended up finding fittings local. I for sure won't order a thing from them.

Yeh I've had issues with shipping all my parts, discounts and their site telling me the wrong specs but I dont know where else to go for parts so....

Same thing here. Excellent customer service/very knowledgable staff, but their prices are always more than everyone else's. A little disappointing.

Gold Club Member (got the $2.00 wall clock to prove it !). I have had good luck with J&P, but I always price shop: Dennis Kirk is usually lower. Had occasions though where I needed lots of little stuff and was able to place a single order with J&P rather than 5 orders with other suppliers with the additional shipping.
Shop around, LOTS of decent suppliers out there, but always check the availability and shipping. Just my .02
