You don't mention what year your bike is, or if it has a carb or is EFI. In any event, Harleys since the late 80s have a sealed idle adjuster, so we can't mess with them! That is to comply with EPA emissions regulations. On a carb there is a workaround, but I'm not sure about EFI.
I just did one of their kits including the new mixture screw on my evo..I love it ...works great!!!
I have one on my 00 and can't get to it without burning my fingers, there is just not enough room because of the cross over pipe....I am thinking of putting a piece of 3/8 rubber tubing over it about 6 inches long that I can use to turn it from farther away...
Seems like a good idea, but you don't really adjust the mixture once you have it dialed in. A lot of money for something you already have a way to adjust. Also, if you have a crossover pipe, it's still in a very hot area.
The debrix part you reference. is for the Big Twin carb, not sure it is the same as the XL. In your video, it looks like it might be a choke **** (carb enrichener). I've got a 1991, so it's the same carb as you have.
