I ended up making mine. I wasn't able to find squat. Apparently nobody else is 6'4'' and uncomfortable. If you've got a buddy that does any kind of metal work, have him look at it and see if he can come up with some brackets if you already have forwards. Just make sure you measure, my first set were about 6'' over stock, and my boots were touching the front tire when turning.
Another clearance issues? There is an old thread here with a good design but the guy isn't around anymore. Thought I'd try to make the myself out of store bought hardware

it could be done. I can take a few pics of mine if you want, show you how I did them. It's basically the same design for newer sporties. I ordered the aluminum and master cylinder on ebay, and the hardware is stainless from lowes. They were about 60 bucks, and a LOT of work on the mill and lathe. Pegs and shifter/brake pegs could be bought too, I just decided to make mine on the lathe.
Yeah I saw you didn't use the linkages in your bike. I plan to keep them to keep things easy. Really all you need is two long rods female threaded, two plates, and the original screws. A 5 hole bracket would also work. Just need a rod in between the bracket plates for strength
