drilling a baffle??? help

I have the road rage shorts on my sporty. LOVE em! I also love the sound with the baffle out. BUT no lowend. How can I drill the loavers on the baffle to get some more sound. I already took the wrap off. I cant cut it down bcause of the fitment on this pipe. I was told you can drill out each loaver??? how is this done. thanks

Everything is a give and take. More noise means less restriction, which too little restriction means less power.

You can keep the sound you like of the pipes with the baffles out, AND have great low & mid range torque.
