Yep thats a good one. Another Must have is " 101 harley davidson performance projects " this deal with Sportsters and dyna's. Both books are a must if you own a sportster.
Just spent 60.00 on a factory repair manual,spensive bugger,dont think ive even come close to spending that for a book.These your talking about sound pretty good,probably not half as much as that blasted manual.
That's what the dealership wanted to charge me for the Sporty service manual. I was like "no thanks." I think I'll wait until they're easily available on eBay or something.
You can actually order them thru 3rd party venders. it will save you just a couple of bucks though. If your gonna wait untill one comes up on ebay it might be a long wait and then you will have to fight for it I'm sure. L8tr...

At the risk of sounding like Pococj, you really ought to consider getting one. I know that all your scheduled maintenance is covered at the dealership through your original purchase deal, but when that ends, you will want one...there is a lot of useful information in them.
A friend told me this same thing years ago about car service manuals. I've always bought one for each of my vehicles, and I have never had one that wasn't dirty and dog eared by the time I got rid of the vehicle...
