Yay, they're on. I still need to fit the stock length brake/clutch line. Anyway, I love'm. Another Ace part by Biltwell. Oh, I fit the Biltwell Kung Fu Grips and Whisky throttle.

***edit***wait a sec, did you paint thw hole bike flat black? looks good dude. you had some custom work done before right? i loved the seat cover too. what happened to that? eh...we all go thru changes with our bikes, i'm going thru a big one myself right now

Hey bro. Yeah I was tired of the grits. Too heavy and wonky on the slab. The whisky throttle takes like 15 minutes to install and Everything fit the stock cables. They also make a 1 cable throttle now which is cool. Here's a link:
I had a weld in bung welded in to increase my range and for the spinner cap. Then I sprayed with self etching satin black primer. I really love Hot Rods and take most of my inspiration from Ol Skool Rods, Car Kulture Deluxe, Fuel Magazine, Deadbeat Magazine and Milkcow Magazine, not really Bike mags, the choppers being built now are too flashy for me.
The blanket started stretching a bit so I just removed it. Imagine how cool it'll look now with the black tins.
My V&H Comp Series is at my dad's and I'm fitting them with the bronze wraps, then a dyno and then I'm done.
Hey, you think I should fit mids? I got some take offs off eBay.
Thanks for the input. Btw I DIG your bars. Nice for lane splitting.
^^^that's some south african slang right there, love it! def. fit the mids, i don't know why i ever went with forwards to begin with. i think someone bullied me into them. lol. the comp series with the titanium wrap is gonna look good, post some pics when you get it on. gonna be cleaning up my bars in the fall and moving all the switches so i'll be buying the whiskey throttle then. i actually got a guy building me some attack bars like the bars in my avatar pic. bike looks great bro.
I really them. I had thought about those bars but without seeing them on a bike I was unsure. Now I'll have to take a closer look.
Looks like you wired them internally (from the pic anyway). Did they come from biltwell drilled for internal wiring? If so I may have to get me some nice chrome ones.
*EDIT* Looks like they are getting rid of the Aces bar and I dont see anything in chrome on their site. Too bad

Yeah it was a limited run. Wes White designed the bars and Biltwell manufactured.
