You know I didnt even look at the manual for this action as I was considering farming the work to a mech until folks started making it sound somewhat easy...I'll have to break it out and give a read over ..thx.

You don't have to use a lift or remove the wheels or anything to get them close enough. If you hear one that sounds scary loose, tighten it up to sound closer to the surrounding spokes, but after done confirm with the zip ties that wheel is still centered and doesn't wobble outward one way or the other. You tighten the spokes opposite the direction you want to pull the wheel to.
