I actually have a clear SlipStreamer Tombstone windshield sitting in my shed. I ended up going with something bigger. If anyone wants it for a few bucks, shoot me a PM.

I have my HD 18" clear quick release wind screen for sale # 57801-11 fits 2011 or later XL883L and 2011 or later XL1200C used twice like new retails for $349.95 will sell for $300.00 plus shipping.
I've been messing around trying to stop the buffeting on the highway. I have the 18" QD shield, I picked up a 14" shield I can swap the hardware to. I also added Softail lowers.
The best for me is the 18" with the lowers, wearing a 1/2 helmet. Wearing the full face helm beats the crap outa me with any windshield it seems. Maybe it's the helmet design, but I suspect the 1/2 helm just doesn't transfer the buffeting like the FF does.
I just finished a 1000 mile trip with the HD 18" Sport QD.
I had it mounted as high as it would go and that worked the best. I tried it as low as it would go and the buffeting was way worse. It looks way better mounted lower, I wish that it was better in that position.
There is a lot of air coming up from under the shield. I found leaning forward a bit makes a huge difference. Sometimes I would grab the handlebar underhanded with my left hand and lean forward into the shield. In this position I could really see great and cruise at 85+ MPH.
Full face or 3/4 made no difference.
It was great to get back home, clean off the bugs and put it back on the shelf. Long road trips is the only time it's on.
