Default Anyone use a fork brace?

Couple months ago I asked the group if anyone else had a 60-70mph front end shimy. I can get my 883R to "talk to me" if I put my boots on the highway pegs to hard or give the bars a little movement. After confirming front end alignment and everything secure, I wrote it off. Does anyone use a fork brace and if so did you notice differences? Thanks. Dave

I use one. My Sporty only has a single disk front end and 35mm tubes. I can tell a big difference when braking hard.

The other day, I got on it pretty hard, fork began to "twist and shout". I did my best and survived the experience. I didn't know that there was such thing as a fork brace but now I am looking for one. I will need a really heavy duty one as i am pretty hard on my equipment somedays. Oh, when I got home I took a picture of my fork, and you will see that I did more damage than I first thought..... picture below......

I have one. It looks good and adds a feeling of stability when riding. The bike has less of a tendency to track on asphalt cracks too.
