Ricor Intiminator Install Writeup??

Default Ricor Intiminator Install Writeup??
Im planning on install Ricor Front Fork Intiminators. Is there a write up for doing it on a Sportster? OR any anyone give me tips. I dont have a lift. All im using is making shift lift that will lift the front wheel off the ground. I was then planning on take the top off(35mm socket i believe) then drain the oil from the drain screw. Does the spring come right out after the top nut comes off? Thanks

The spring is under force so be careful of the cap flying off. Here's a write-up I did a while ago:
