Great to hear feedback from so many satisfied customers! The 2.00" is our most popular baffle size. The 1.75" has a solid deep tone as well, also a popular size. The 1.75" baffles might be better suited for long rides since they mellow out more when cruising.. The 2.25" is the loudest option. I really like the sound from the 2.00" baffles on 1200's, very aggressive bark to them.

I've got the Rush with 2 inch baffles and love the sound. Much louder than stock, but not painful. I would highly recommend a stage 1 upgrade to the EFI if you run anything bigger than the 1.75. It made a huge improvement in the way my bike handled transitions from zero throttle to 1/4 throttle. Also eliminated any hint of decel popping on quick transitions from 1/2+ to fully closed.

Krieg has some great advice. Some people can run the 2.00" with no issues, it's right on the line of requiring a tune. 1.75" usually does not require it. The 2.25" will almost always require tuning. Anytime the exhaust and intake are both upgraded, I recommend a properly tuned fuel management system. It will cool the bike down and really bring out the performance of the upgrades.

We run them and think they are great! Have them on both my bikes.

I had Rush 1.5" Slip-ons for my '09 Dyna Fat Bob, thought they were a little quiet initially but broke in after ~500 miles and got a tad louder. Loved 'em, going to add them to my new 48.
