Pull the baffle out and if it isn't wrapped you can get exhaust wrap and wrap em...should dull it down a little. You should be able to get wrap from an auto store
I pulled them today & wrapped them , got it from Advance Auto . It did take it down a notch , I think it took away that tinny sound , but they still are plenty load when you rip the throttle . I do that a lot at intersections and or when I'm next to some idiot texting !
on a different note I took another pic of my new paint job . not in direct sunlight , it has a nice reflective quality , happy with the work my painter did.
