Third time ordering from DK, this time I got the trap style shift peg. Cool looking and awesome quality, as was expected.
Awesome and fast service of course, expect your email to start blowing up the day you order, first a confirmation email, then shipping notification, then just another email to say thanks. I've ordered from some companies and don't even hear from them for weeks, I ordered my peg Wednesday and here I sit Friday at 10:30 with it already here.
Instructions and all the parts you'll need, anyone thinking of ordering from them just go ahead and do it, you won't be disappointed.
Never mind the fact that they ship quickly and that their responses to emails are lightning fast but I had an issue that wasn't even related to their products but it did happen while i was trying to install one of their products. Not only did Kevin answer me back right away with help but he also gave me his personal phone number so we could discuss the issue. Truly appreciated all his help and like i said, the issue was on my end and not the product. I just picked up some more of their products this morning just over the border. Packaged perfectly like usual. Such a top notch company.
I ordered a relocate kit on line through DK online and used PayPal. My Paypal account was down. Dk immediately emailed me and I was able to call and complete the order. And someone actually answered the phone right away. I had the kit within a day. Other orders also have come right away. Best service I've dealt with on bikes or anything else. I will always check Dk first when ordering.
This seems like a DK Custom enthusiasts post so here goes. I mounted a new 80/90x21 Michelin Commander II on my 2007 1200 C about three weeks ago. I used DKs balancing beads and I got to try them out yesterday. Good Job DK is all there is to say. I got to cruise at 65 for about 3 miles and 60 the rest. Nice and smooth.
I ordered their 3in tank lift kit, speedo/coil/starter relocation and i think something else lol, but i forgot to add a damn 1in lowering block to my order and only realized it when they sent me an email saying that they shipped my order. Sucks because now i don't want to reorder it again and have to wait for my crap to get to me on post here in germany. What to do??? Im super pissed at this point, but not at DK.
