Sportster issue
I am having an issue with my bike 1999 1200 Sportster. It is not fuel related, and seams when warm it just dies out. At first I thought it was a wire harness issue but it is not. I am wondering if its the crank trigger on the right side of the engine. do these go bad? do they kinda go on off with heat when they start to go? Any help or input I would be gratefull for thanks.

There's no crank trigger/sensor on that old of a bike. That started in 2004.
It's most likely either an ignition coil or your ignition module (under the nosecone). They are prone to failure when warm if they are starting to fail.
