Hells Bells Helmets

Anyone else have any dealings with this company? I ordered a helmet and when it got to me it was the wrong kind. In the mean time I received notice that I would be deploying. I called them and explained the situation and that I would mail the helmet back for a refund minus a stocking charge and all was well...mailed the helmet back and radio silence. I have sent several emails and tried to call every day for the last two weeks...nothing. Just wondering.

if your deployment is approaching you could always contact your bank and file a chargeback.

Call them and explain your problem with Mitch. 1-866-334-3563. Are you sure you mailed your helmet return back to the correct address, they have a different address than the one on the invoice for all returns. If not, there's a chance they never received it. Did you call them to confirm that they received your return or check your tracking number? Perhaps they never received your return? Always call, and speak with someone....never rely or depend on e-mail responses.
