Does any body have these or heard this pipes on a sportster? If you have them can you give me some info on the pros and cons of these pipes.How loud are these pipes?Any info is appreciated. CHITO

Not sure of the ripsaw's, I have the Samsons big gun2 long slashers. You can buy 4" and 12" baffles as well as any muffler thatfits a 2-1/4" exhaust system. I've had mine for 4 years and the chromeis as good as new and thefull length, 3/4" wrapheat shield is well worth it.

Performance improved with the helpof intake modifications and re-jet (stage 1). Sound is excellent, deep and loud... They do touch down slightly in a hard RH turn but nothing serious.

I was looking at these pipes myself for my 883. However, they are a bit louder then what I was to get as I have a passinger. Also, I am told that the ripsaw kick up dirt and dust so other riders don't normally like to follow behind. Now the tone will change as you ride it. It get a little milder and better deep tone as in most all pipes do in age. Good luck. I have vance and hines short shots and boy I love'em
