Hey everyone, just joined up here. I am origininally from New York but am active duty United States Navy and am currently stationed in southern Maryland.
I ride a 2005 883 Sportster but it is actually being sold quite soon, already have a buyer.
I have my eyes on the 48. I have a question that I am going to ask the dealer but figured I would try here also.
Is it possible to put the wheels/tires from the Superlow on the 48?
The Superlow uses a 120 front and 150 rear while the 48 uses a 130 front and 150 rear. That's not much difference in width so the forks should def be fine. I am not sure about the fender, meaning should I just use the 48's fender or take the fender from a Superlow to go with the wheel/tire?
If any of you can help with this that would be awesome. Thank You
