I've been thinking about relocating my choke/enrichener cable with one of those carb mounts so it basically pulls up. My issue is how to do something about the ingnition switch/enrichener mount, it would leave a slot where the choke **** would mount. Not sure about it looking like something's "missing."
I've got a 1991 with cowbell horn, so pretty much need to keep ignition there for aesthetics, but I can't seem to find a replacement with that slot eliminated. Looked through my new JP catalog but came up empty. Got an SE air cleaner so there should be plenty of room for the choke **** to clear.
Has anyone used those choke relocation mounts on their carb? Does it get in the way?
Need to finally replace my choke cable assembly and figured I'd maybe do some changes. I've had it for months, but since my bike runs so good, I'm too lazy to tear into it for something I use for about a minute per ride.
