And now with the exhaust and starting the paint job. Yes, my brother and I do everything ourselves....(except for the powdercoating). On the exhaust, we wanted something like our original Defensor bike but had to mix it up a little, so we added an x-pipe. This thing should sound wicked.
The 3" collector and x-pipe are coming together, mocked up on the bike:

And now to start the Ayrton Senna helmet paint job. It's tricky. This requires 12 separate trips to our booth and a boat-load of precision:
After many coats of primer, and a white base coat, we're ready for the first coat of black:
Well, the paint job is about done, except for some final details and clear-coat. Its getting a matte clear, like our original Defensor bike. Also, we're super stoked that our seat came out so well. It's upholstered in a race inspired Alcantara with the Sparco logo embroidered in red.

Next the yellow... and finally peeling off the tape!
Now you can see it taking shape. Looks so simple but a lot of time to get here:

This thing really rips and handles great, we couldn't be happier.
