Cat sh$t, really. Hows the smell, lol! Hey, if it works, use it. It's cheap! If not, try rain X anti fog. All their products works as described and its available at your local wal mart. I know, wal mart, I hate them too, but every once in a while they come in handy. Look at it this way, the rain X anti fog is only $4, so if it doesn't work, your not out much. Let everyone know if it does, as I haven't tried this myself.
At a bike show recently I picked up some of that glasses polish/cleaner and helps them top fogging up but the guy mentioned I had the anti-glare coating on my glasses which means that it won't totally stop the fogging as the coating makes it worse.
Not sure if you have that coating but next time I have my glasses changed I will make sure not to get that coating!
I wear a full face helmet and it's so dangerous when I come to a stop, glasses and visor fog up and I need to get going at a decent speed to clear it. I've recently bought a modular helmet where the chin is removable making it a 3/4 helmet, yet to try it out though.
I even bought one of those face masks with the slit in the nose area and a vent further down. Doesn't help but it's so cold you can't ride without one without getting frozen.
