Tips for fogging glasses?

I bought a full-face, well, modular, thinking I'd use it when it got cold. That lasted less than a week. I tried everything to stop the fog and nothing worked. I went back to my half helmet and a neoprene facemask. Occasionally, I'll still get fog on sunglasses, but if I do, I exhale through my mouth at stops.

Do they make a "breath box" for your helmet? I have an HJC full helmet and i installed a breath box in it. It snuggles around the top of your nose and seals off your nose and mouth from the visor area of the helmet. Kind of like a snow mobile helmet. It works great.

Another thing to try is just good ole spit!
Spit in your glasses or goggles and wipe it around...a friend of mine that was a scuba instructor told me that is what he did for his diving goggles.

In my last attempt to stop the fogging of my glasses and visor, I bought a Foggy mask and it WORKS!!!

Respro Foggy Mask. Full face helmets only... or modular/flip up if you don't flip it up or undo the Velcro everytime you open it. Hope that helps.
